Jennifer J. Bernstein is an associate of the firm.

Jennifer J. Bernstein began her career at Fischel & Kahn, Ltd. in 2008 as a law clerk.  In 2010, she became an associate with the firm after receiving a Juris Doctor degree from the John Marshall Law School.  While in law school, Ms. Bernstein clerked at Chicago family law firms and served as a research assistant for Professor Diane Kaplan to study the effectiveness of Illinois Safe Haven Laws.  Ms. Bernstein concentrates her practice primarily in family law, including complex dissolution proceedings, property division and child custody.
