Edward F. "Bud" Dobbins is a principal of the firm.
A substantial part of Mr. Dobbins' practice is in the representation of money center, regional and community financial institutions, as well as business organizations. His representation is in the area of commercial and corporate transactions relating to secured and unsecured lending, finance, and bond related "credit enhancement" and other related transactions. Such transactions involve diverse and sophisticated areas of the law such as trade finance, letters of credit, foreign loan facilities, middle market and corporate finance and bank regulatory matters. Secured transactions involve a broad range of collateral forms consisting of personal and real property, securities, investment property, intellectual property, vessels, aircraft, securities and deposit accounts.
