Robert W. Kaufman is a principal of the firm.
A substantial part of Mr. Kaufman’s practice is devoted to the area of estate
planning, and the related administration and taxation of estates and trusts.
He also represents parties in estate and trust litigation, and has extensive
knowledge of both state and federal taxation.
In his more general practice, he represents individuals and business entities
in various transactional, business and real estate matters.

Mr. Kaufman is a past Chairman of the Chicago Bar Association Probate
Practice Committee, and is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the
