Ronald D. Menna, Jr. is a principal of the firm.

Mr. Menna has represented a wide variety of corporate clients, including national banks, savings and loan institutions, a national telecommunications provider, a national architectural firm, a regional grocery store chain, a computer hardware reseller and software developer, a big three automobile company, a District Council of an international labor union, law firms, country clubs, specialty manufacturers, insurance agencies, hospitals, general contractors and individuals in a variety of commercial litigation and corporate matters.

The commercial litigation matters have included contract, labor, ERISA, bankruptcy, foreclosures, breach of guaranty, replevin, attorney malpractice defense, injunctions, accounting, partition, partnership dissolution, mechanic liens, probate, zoning variances, quiet title, real estate tax abatement and collection matters. The corporate matters have included real estate development, large real estate transactions, structuring new businesses, partnerships, corporations and subsidiaries and structuring tax free corporate reorganizations.

He has extensive experience in both State and Federal Courts and has successfully argued before the Illinois Appellate Court and the U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
