A substantial part of Mr. Rosenbaum's practice is in the representation of condominium and townhome associations, as well as the associations of other types of common-interest communities. He advises such associations on all legal issues relating to association living.

He also represents banks which loan money to associations for repairs and other association needs.

In his more general practice, he represents individuals, corporations, LLCs and other entities in various transactional and real estate-related matters.

He also handles estates and other probate matters.
