Peter is a principal at Fischel Kahn.
He has spent 45 years helping entrepreneurs bring their visions to life. Individuals and privately held business rely on him for his extensive experience at every stage of the business lifecycle, from financing and operation of start-up ventures to mergers & acquisitions, through to the sale. He also advises on estate and succession planning, as well as asset protection.
Peter’s litigation experience extends to the State, Federal and Bankruptcy Courts on both the trial and appellate levels. He has counseled plaintiffs and defendants on contract disputes, trade secrets, business dissolution, zoning and boundary disputes, as well as other business issues.
He also represents several regional banks in the negotiation and documentation of asset-based and real estate loans and has represented financial institutions as purchasers and commercial entities as issuers of revenue bonds.
