Fischel | Kahn announced today David Inlander’s selection as Best Lawyers 2023 Chicago Family Law “Lawyer of the Year” for his contributions to the legal profession.
David’s selection is notable as it is his second time being honored with this prestigious distinction in the past five years. In this year’s The Best Lawyers in America list, he was also recognized for his work in Collaborative Law: Family Law.
David is an accomplished mediator known for his work on high-end complex matrimonial mediation with decades of experience guiding challenging cases to equitable resolutions as a leading litigator in both state and federal courts. Over the course of his career he has helped resolve hundreds of cases through creative solutions and alternative dispute resolution.
In addition to his formal legal training, he regularly serves as a moderator, speaker and author for CLE programs, with an emphasis on professional ethics topics.
Best Lawyers’ “Lawyer of the Year” award recognizes a single attorney in each industry and location for their contributions to their field, including only one attorney for Family Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Chicago. The honorees are selected based on feedback from peers in the industry.
