Bob Kaufman contributed an article entitled “Transfers into trust: A new reality?” to the September 2016 issue of Illinois State Bar Association’s Trust & Estates newsletter. The article, which is available here, details how a 2015 Second District Appellate Court decision affected the Trust and Trustees Act. Bob currently serves as Vice Chair of the ISBA’s Trust & Estates Section Council.
